Reseller relationships
IES-Advisors is an authorized reseller for Synthology Healthcare Solutions Group, Laurel Bridge, Qvera, and Physician’s Choice IT. When a project calls for one of these platforms, we procure, deploy, and support it directly — so there’s no hand-off gap between the recommendation and a running system.
Our Synthology relationship is representative of how we work: for customers we sell to, we provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, with deeper issues escalated to the vendor. Software licenses and end-user terms are issued directly by the vendor to the customer — we make the introduction, handle the implementation, and stand behind the day-to-day.
